If you’re outside of the return policy, we want to make sure you have the best customer experience. Our work is guaranteed. Refund processing times
XOMedia and our payment processor will submit the refund immediately and make every attempt to process it as quickly as possible. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card. Additional details concerning customer refund processing time.
For payments submitted via ACH, we’ll refund you directly unless you prefer to file a return though your bank.
