Our products and services are designed to cover all stages of the customer journey:

The WebIQ Startup plan is ideal for entrepreneurs that have a small budget and team (or single-owner businesses). At this stage (“Day-1”) efforts are focused on launch (setting up the website, creating marketing materials and on-boarding customers).

WebIQ Business and WebIQ Enterprise plans are designed for business owners of companies with a (“EBIT of $1M or better”) and dedicated team of around 5 people to manage and support the entire life-cycle of their website. This includes pre-launch, launch and post-launch tasks such as site upgrades, maintenance, content creation and marketing and sales efforts. This is typically occurs during (“Day-2”) operations and beyond – where businesses are focused on acquiring, nurturing and fulfilling customers.

NOTE: We also offer smaller plans for Professionals and Hobbyists.

How does billing work?

We use the following professional fee structure:

> Upfront fee: 1/3 of the total bill is due at project start. This covers initial costs such as planning and preparation.

> Payment 2: Another 1/3 of the total bill is due midway through the project when when significant progress has been made.

> Final payment: The final 1/3 (remaining balance) will be due at project completion. This is paid when XOMedia has completed and delivered all of the agreed-upon deliverables.
